When choosing the thickness of your wood, we suggest this as a general guide:

9mm thick words are best for wooden Wall Names to decorate your child's bedroom wall or door. 

18mm thick words are what we call Free standing Names. As they stand up, they are perfect to stand up on shelves, benches, bedside tables, buffets etc. They also make perfect business signs for your market stalls or counters. 

Please Note:

• The size we refer to is the height of the first capital letter.
• If you order all in lowercase letter, it would be the lower case for that particular size, not by the height of that lower case (if you have any questions please email us at [email protected] before placing the order)
• The cost is for any name or word up to 9 letters (but we can do longer on application)
• Hyphen names or joined words that have 2 or more capital letters are classified as 2 words/names order. Please type in 2 into the corresponding box when ordering.
